[CLASH OF TITANS] - Kazuo Furukawa Sensei (JAPAN) vs Dong-Chul Park Sensei (S.Korea) in 2013 World Combat Games!

The SportAccord Combat Games are an international multi-sport event featuring combat sports and martial arts. Fifteen Olympic and non-Olympic sports are currently on the programme: aikido, boxing, fencing, judo, ju-jitsu, karate, kendo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Pankration, sambo, savate, sumo, taekwondo, wrestling and wushu.

In this video, from the 2013 event, we see a match from the Special Invitational 8th Dan Tournament, between Kazuo Furukawa Sensei - representing Japan, and Dong-Chul Park Sensei - representing South Korea. A tense and exciting match ensues :

  • Both Sensei’s were very good and even though it didn’t seem like they were doing much, but I know full well that if I was to play either one of them, they’d be all over me like Whited on Rice.
