Our Super-Popular SHINOBU Bogu Set receives an awesome upgrade, and amazing new features with this new SPECIAL EDITION version.
Using the same special type of double-stitching as the SHINOBU, the overall cushioning of the SHINOBU WRAITH's Futon is boosted, and not only do you get excellent comfort, but fantastic durability too. Each set of SHINOBU WRAITH Bogu is made to your exact size and specification, meaning that you can be assured of a perfect fit.
*MADE TO ORDER*- You can be confident of aperfect fit, as this set is 100% made to order, to your exact, individual sizes!
Production usually takes around 6-10 weeks
SHINOBU WRAITH uses a special type of hybrid-stitching, which boosts durability, and also creates a distinctive cushion effect across the entire set. This works with three lines of 3mm stitching, spaced in 8mm gaps - meaning you get the durability of a tighter stitched set, but the comfort and protection of wider stitching.
In a similar way to the KendoStar Super-Protective VANGUARD PRIME Bogu set, this cushioning ensures that you are well protected, whilst also retaining flexibility and comfort. In addition, the hybrid-stitch pattern helps you to shape the Futon into a desirable position, meaning that you can also look your best whilst practicing.
All reinforcements on the SHINOBU WRAITH Tare are done with toughened, synthetic Deer leather - which not only looks amazing, but ensures your Bogu lasts the test of time!
The SHINOBU WRAITH Tare features unique diagonal stitching at the corners of the Mae-Obi, allowing it to form-fit to the body easily, and increasing comfort
All things considered, SHINOBU WRAITH is an excellent choice for all levels of Kendoka. For beginners, it is a good all-round choice, that will last for many years of training, whilst providing excellent protection. For instructors, who are often receiving repeated strikes, the comfort and protection will be a natural benefit. For competitors, SHINOBU is lightweight and comfortable, and makes an excellent choice for heavy duty competition focussed practice, such as Uchikomi-geiko, and Kakari-geiko.
